EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN MEDIA E-COMIC DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA BAHASA ARAB PADA SISWA KELAS III DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 08 DAU MALANG

This study aims to discover the implementation and effectiveness of using EComic media in improving mastery of Arabic vocabulary for grade III students of
SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang. This research uses a quantitative
experimental approach with the type of Quasi Experiment. The population in this
study is grade III students of SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang which consists
of three classes. Two classes were selected as samples in this study, the two
classes are called the control class and the experimental class. Data collection
methods in this study use observation, interviews, and tests (pretest & posttest).
Based on the research that has been carried out, its application begins with the
introduction of E-Comic media. Then, the researcher explained the material
conventionally. Next, the researcher directed the students to follow the vocabulary
that was read on the displayed media. Last, students were asked to reiterate the
vocabulary that had been conveyed. After the implementation of the steps, it can
be seen that the post-test value in the experimental class obtained a result of
72.22% with an effective category according to the Gain Effectiveness
Interpretation table. Thus, the researcher concludes that the use of E-Comic media
is quite effective in improving Arabic vocabulary mastery in grade III students of
SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang.
