Reduplication is something that is often encountered both in writing and orally. This research aims to discuss the types and meanings of reduplication found in the conversion script entitled Strategic Management of Activist Teachers in Realizing the Profile of Pancasila Students. The reduplications are grouped into four types of reduplication, namely whole, partial, combined with affixes and reduplication of phoneme changes as well as the meaning of reduplication which includes the meaning of stating a lot, the meaning of stating the action done repeatedly in the basic form, the meaning of the action in the basic form is carried out by two parties who hit each other and the meaning of stating the highest level that can be achieved in accordance with Ramlan's reduplication theory.
This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Qualitative has the characteristics of describing a situation or fact in fact, without eliminating scientific value through data collection, analysis, then interpreted. The descriptive approach concretely aims to describe and sharpen the research explanation as detailed as possible based on the research findings so as to facilitate the reader's understanding. This research applies data analysis techniques with steps such as (1) organizing data, (2) data reduction, and (3) concluding data findings.
The results of this study are in the form of a description of the types and meanings of reduplication contained in the conversion manuscript of Strategic Management of Activist Teachers in Realizing the Profile of Pancasila Students by Sri Mulyati et al. In this study, 26 types of reduplication were found, 2 partial reduplications, and 1 reduplication combined with affixes. The meaning of reduplication found in the form of 26 meanings that state a lot, 1 meaning states the action is done repeatedly in the basic form, 1 meaning of the action in the basic form is done by two parties who hit each other and 1 meaning states the highest level that can be achieved. Based on the analysis that has been done, reduplication of phoneme changes is not found in this study.
