Abstract

This research aims to develop a healthcare application with personalized recommendations for exercise, activities, and diet based on users' medical data. The problem addressed is the lack of applications that provide recommendations tailored to individual medical conditions. The method used is UX Journey, with data collection through interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques include requirement metrics, acceptance criteria, use case logic, and A/B testing. The results show the application provides relevant recommendations and improves user experience. A/B testing confirms the new design is more effective and preferred by users. The conclusion is that a personalized application based on medical data can enhance health management and support a healthy lifestyle.
