Abstract

The boarding house business provides temporary accommodation for migrants who work or study. However, manually managing boarding houses often encounters challenges in tenant registration, rent payments, and financial administration. This research aims to develop a mobile-based boarding house management system for Kos SidoRame12 to improve management efficiency. The development method used is prototyping, allowing iterative design based on user feedback. The system is built using the Flutter framework for the frontend and Laravel for the backend. Testing was conducted using Black-Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure functionality and user satisfaction. The results show that the developed system effectively automates tenant data recording, payment processing, and financial reporting. With this system, boarding house managers can reduce administrative errors and enhance operational efficiency.
