Abstract
Saputra, Satria Eka (2025). Development of a Fun Adventure Enrichment Book in the World of Fables for Phase C. Scriptpreneur. Indonesian Language Education Study Program. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Advisor: Arif Setiawan, M.Pd.
Enrichment books play a role as an additional resource in education, but still face obstacles in integration with the curriculum and technology. This research examines the condition of enrichment books in schools, develops books according to PT Intan Pariwara standards, and evaluates their feasibility for Phase C students. This study aims to develop the Enrichment Book of Fun Adventures in the World of Fables as a learning media that is suitable for use in Indonesian language subjects.
The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) but only up to the implementation stage. The tests carried out are validity, reliability, and data credibility tests, with instruments for material expert tests, media expert tests, language expert tests, and elementary school teacher tests. The scale used in phase C targets small and medium scale tests. To determine the scale, using a Likert scale or feasibility scale sourced from Rensis Likert. This book was developed based on guidelines from the Curriculum Centre and Intan Pariwara Edukasi Publisher and adapted to the needs of phase C students at the elementary level. This book is designed with communicative language, interesting illustrations, and technology-based supporting features as innovations in learning.
The validation results show that this learning media obtained a feasibility percentage of 73.86% from material experts, 72.78% from media experts, 77.75% from linguists, 82% from elementary school teachers, 84.93% from small-scale students, and 90.26% from medium-scale students. With an average percentage of 80.263%, this book is categorised as suitable for use in Indonesian language learning. The conclusion shows that fable enrichment books used in schools still have various limitations, especially in design, supporting features, innovation, and integration with technology. This study developed a book that focuses not only on reading skills, but also writing, and is structured according to phase C in the Merdeka Curriculum, this book is considered feasible. Learners' responses show that this book is able to increase interest in learning, attract attention, and use clear and easy-to-understand language, making it more feasible in learning.
