Strategi Pengembangan usaha jamur tiram fresh "Organic mushrooms" di kecamatan pujon kabupaten malang

This study aims to develop an oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) business strategy in small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Pujon District, Malang Regency. The data analysis method in this study uses IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT matrices by examining various factors that are systematically analyzed to formulate business strategies, including SO, ST, WO, and WT strategies. An Analysis of the Internal Strategic Factors Matrix (IFAS) revealed that extreme fluctuations in temperature, humidity, and rainfall can affect fungal growth and harvest quality, with uncertain climatic conditions being the main threat to these ventures. On the other hand, the analysis of the External Strategic Factors Matrix (EFAS) shows that these SMEs have regular customers such as collectors, hotels, restaurants, and the surrounding community, who regularly buy oyster mushroom products. Based on these results, the quantitative SWOT calculation shows that the position is in quadrant I. In this condition, the strategy that needs to be implemented is to aggressively encourage growth policies. To maintain consumer satisfaction, it is important for Madiredo Village Oyster Mushroom UMKM to maintain the quality of seedlings and implement good cultivation practices. The results of this research are expected to be a reference for the development of oyster mushroom UMKM in Indonesia and contribute to the improvement of the local economy
