Becoming a superior institution is certainly not an easy thing. Branding is widely used to communicate certain information. Online Public Relations activities are also carried out by School Of Parenting in building public trust through Instagram Social Media. The purpose of this study is to describe in detail the management carried out in building public trust through Instagram. Through the concept of Online Public Relations with a descriptive qualitative approach. The type of research used is descriptive research using a case study approach method. The location of this research is the School Of Parenting Office in Semarang, Central Java.

Data collection for this research was obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity uses data source triangulation techniques. The findings of this research show that the content presented and the interaction built with the School Of Parenting audience can create strong branding. School Of Parenting has a mature process before uploading content. There are 3 stages, namely the planning, execution, and evaluation stages in managing Instagram Social Media. Having a clear procedure in content creation, building interaction with the audience either through language style either via messages or comments is also important for them to build public trust. The positive image built by the School Of Parenting team on Instagram Social Media aims to increase public trust.
