Abstract

This research explains the mediating influence of mental health on work engagement on job satisfaction among UMM employees. This research is included in quantitative research with SEM analysis data processing using the PLS 3.0 software. The population of this study was all UMM employees who had worked for at least 1 year. The results of this research are; (1) the influence of work engagement on job satisfaction; (2) work engagement has a significant positive influence on mental health; (3) mental health has a significant influence on job satisfaction.
