Abstract
The Kemirigede Gogoniti Reservoir area has an area of 1.62 Ha. To meet the increased water demand, a lot of ponds have been built to deal with the lack of water availability during the dry season, one of which is the construction of the Gogoniti Kemirigede Embung which is located in Kemirigede Village, Kesamben District, Blitar Regency . The Gogoniti Kemirigede Embung is used by the local community as a water reservoir as well as for irrigating rice fields. In addition to meeting the water needs for rice field irrigation, the construction of the pond must also pay attention to the operation of the pond so that the water distribution and community planting patterns run optimally. So that the Gogoniti Kemirigede Reservoir can perform its function optimally by paying attention to the relationship between the availability of water in the reservoir and the required agricultural irrigation water. The results of this study are in the form of an optimal planting pattern is paddy - palawija rice. From the calculation of the operation simulation using 3 alternatives. Alternative 3 obtained from the planting area of MT 1 = 0, MT 2 = 40 and MT 3 = 40 obtains a planting intensity value of 82.08 percent and a reservoir reliability of 80 percent.
