Abstract

This study was conducted to test the effect of store atmosphere on revisit intention with customer experience as mediation. The method used is explanatory research with data collection techniques through surveys by distributing questionnaires. The research sample was 250 respondents determined based on the Lemeshow formula with accidental sampling on customer s of Tomoro Coffee Kayutangan Branch. Mediation regression analysis shows that store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. Customer experience has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer experience. Customer experience mediates the influence of store atmosphere on revisit intention.
