ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN SKIZOFRENIA RESIDUAL TERHADAP TN. T DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN ISOLASI SOSIAL DI UPT BINA LARAS PASURUAN

Introduction : Schizophrenia is a form of chronic mental disorder that affects psychotic functions including communicating, thinking, receiving, feeling and showing emotions. Social isolation is a condition where the patient always feels alone by feeling the presence of other people as a threat. SPTK social isolation and low impact exercise is a therapy performed by the client to improve the client's ability to carry out social interactions and play a role in the social environment as well as increase the client's cognitive.

Purpose: report us to determine the nursing care of Mr. T with residual schizophrenia at UPT Bina Laras Pasuruan.

Method : This descriptive case study method uses a nursing care approach in the form of assessment, enforcement of nursing care diagnoses, planning, carrying out nursing actions and evaluating the actions taken.

Results : after carrying out nursing actions for 7 days and giving the Strategy for Implementing Nursing Actions and low impact sports Mr. T is able to introduce himself, is able to interact by looking at faces but not with new people, is able to ask questions back to the person he is talking to but must be given a stimulus by the nurse, and is unable to start the conversation first.

Conclusion: provision of Nursing Action Implementation Strategy and low impact sports. quite effective given to patients with social isolation.
