PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi Pada Karyawan Jawa Timur Park 1)

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work stress on
performance, the effect of work stress on satisfaction, the effect of work motivation
on performance, the effect of work motivation on satisfaction, the effect of satisfaction
on performance, and the effect of mediating variables on job satisfaction. The research
population was 388 employees of Jawa Timur Park 1. The research sample collection
technique used the PLS (Partial Least Square) method. Data collection was carried out
using the technique of distributing questionnaires. The results of the analysis from this
research show that there is an insignificant effect of the work stress variable on
performance. Work motivation on performance has a significant influence. The
influence and significance is also shown from the results of the analysis of the variable
job satisfaction on performance. Then, the work stress variable on job satisfaction has
an influence and is not significant. The work motivation variable on satisfaction also
has an influence and is not significant. Furthermore, the work stress variable on
performance through job satisfaction has an influence and is not significant. The work
motivation variable on performance through job satisfaction has an influence and is
not significant.
