HUBUNGAN PAHAM KEAGAMAAN HIDAYATULLAH DENGAN ETOS KERJA KETUA-KETUA DPD HIDAYATULLAH KALIMANTAN TIMUR

This study aims to determine the religious understanding of the chairmen of DPD Hidayatullah East Kalimantan, the work ethic of the chairmen of DPD Hidayatullah East Kalimantan, and the relationship between the religious understanding of the chairmen of DPD Hidayatullah East Kalimantan and the work ethic of the chairmen of DPD Hidayatullah East Kalimantan. This study uses a quantitative approach and the research subjects are the chairmen of DPD Hidayatullah from 10 districts and cities in East Kalimantan. The results showed that the religious understanding and work ethics of the chairmen of DPD Hidayatullah East Kalimantan were in the good category, and there was a significant relationship between the religious understanding of Hidayatullah and the work ethics of the chairmen of DPD Hidayatullah East Kalimantan.Kalimantan.
