Abstract

This study aims to know the value of companies influenced by capital structure and business
size with profitability as an intervening variable on energy sector companies registered in
the year 2022-2023. The analysis method used in the study USES Sobel tests, path analysis,
and linear regression analysis using StataMP-64 applications. The study's sample method
is based on the energy sector company's criteria for complete finance in 2022-2023 and
has been reported to the Indonesian stock exchange and is available. There are 66
companies in the energy sector. The result of this study is that capital structures have a
negative and insignificant impact, and that corporate sizes have a positive and significant
impact on profitability. Capital Structure and profitability structures have a positive and
significant impact on corporate values. Firm size is having a positive and insignificant
impact on the company's worth. The ability to profitability is unchangeable. Profitability
can stunt the impact of a company's size on a company's values.
