A wife's perception is a wife's view of something that is visible or existing. Perception here is a wife's view of her husband's parenting and husband's modeling of children. Modeling is the process of someone learning to imitate other people. This happens because someone feels they get something extra when someone imitates someone else. This theory discusses the role of human cognitive processes in maintaining someone's behavior. The father's role in the family is not only limited to being a breadwinner, but in the world of child development, the father's role is also very necessary because it can have a huge impact including the child's cognitive abilities, social behavior, mental and physical health. The aim of the research is to determine of husbands' parenting patterns and the forms of behavior that a husband's children imitate in the perception of a wife or mother. The research method in this study is descriptive where the researcher describes the research results without providing manipulation.
