Abstract
Valorant is a First-Person Shooter game that is currently being played by gamers. Users of the Valorant game consist of various groups, one of which is employees. Employees can make games as an alternative entertainment after a long day of work. A condition in which employees can balance work with their personal lives is called Work-Life Balance. This study aims to find out how the level of Work-Life Balance in employees who play Valorant game. This study uses 31 employees as subjects and uses the Work-Life Balance measurement tool. The type of research conducted is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study uses a purposive sampling technique with the results of this study showing that the indicators of Work-Life Balance are met. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, it can be said that male and female employees both have a high level of Work-Life Balance.
