PERJANJIAN EKSTRADISI KOREA SELATAN DAN INDONESIA DALAM MEMBERANTAS NARKOTIKA

The eradication of narcotics is the duty of every country to eradicate it, even so. Crime is growing, so the handling and anticipation of a country must be adaptive to become the front shield in eradicating narcotics. So that an agreement was made between countries such as Indonesia and South Korea. So that the formulation of the problem, how is the extradition treaty between Indonesia and South Korea in eradicating narcotics?, then this research is a descriptive research, which will analyze and describe it in its entirety, both through the conceptual approach and its application. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the background of the extradition agreement is inseparable from the agreement that has been previously built by Indonesia and South Korea,extradition between South Korea and Indonesia has actually been accommodated by existing regulations, it is just a matter of how to coordinate.
