Abstract

This study was conducted to identify and analyze the influence of Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Social Support on Work Readiness. This research employed an explanatory research design. The population in this study consisted of 1.015 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, class of 2021. The sample of this study consisted of 91 respondents, determined using proportional random sampling, with 60 students from the Management Education Program. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using scale range tests, coefficient of determination tests, multiple regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Social Support simultaneously influence Work Readiness. This means that the higher the level of an individual's confidence in their abilities (self-efficacy), the better their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills (soft skills), and the stronger the social support from their social environment, such as family and peers, the more prepared they will be to enter the workforce.
