Abstract
This research examines the business strategies implemented by "Kekal
Coffee" to increase its sales performance in a highly competitive coffee shop
industry. The study focuses on analyzing the company’s approach to market
positioning, customer loyalty, and the utilization of digital tools for brand
promotion. By conducting in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and
reviewing company performance data, the research identifies several core
strategies, such as product differentiation, targeted promotional activities,
and social media engagement, that have contributed to boosting sales. The
study reveals that Kekal Coffee's commitment to offering a unique and
personalized experience, coupled with efficient operational management,
plays a significant role in attracting and retaining customers. Ultimately, the
findings emphasize the importance of adapting business strategies to
consumer trends and market demands in order to achieve long-term sales
growth.
