Abstract
This study examines the development of a warehouse inventory accounting information system at CV Putera Perkasa to support sustainable economic transformation. The research addresses the challenges faced by the company in managing inventory through conventional methods, which often lead to delays in reporting, high data error risks, and inefficient resource utilization. Using a qualitative approach with the ADDIE development model, this study involves direct observation and semi-structured interviews with warehouse and accounting staff. The research findings reveal that the current manual inventory system causes significant operational inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, and delays in strategic decision-making. In response, a digital integrated system was developed, featuring real-time recording, automatic validation, seamless data integration, audit trail capabilities, visual analysis, and FIFO-based stock management. The implementation of this system has demonstrated improved operational efficiency and accuracy, reduced document dependency, and enhanced decision-making quality. This transformation aligns with sustainable economic practices by optimizing resource utilization and improving business process efficiency through technological integration.
