Academic supervision is an important activity in improving the quality of education, but its implementation is often hampered by inefficient manual methods. This research aims to develop Google Sites-based academic supervision innovations to evaluate teacher performance in Malang City elementary schools. With a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, this research designs, implements and evaluates the Google Sites application as a supervision medium. Data collection techniques were carried out through application validation, interviews and teacher responses. Data interpretation was carried out using the mix method analysis method. The first trial of the application was located at SDN Kiduldalem 2, Malang City. The research results show that this application makes it easier for school principals to plan, implement and evaluate supervision in a structured, efficient and flexible manner. Expert validation shows the validity of the application with scores: material expert 100%, language expert 87.5%, and media expert 90.7%, all categorized as very worthy. The implementation of Google Sites-based supervision involved six class teachers and two subject teachers, resulting in a positive experience with efficiency in document management and increased motivation. The results of the teacher response questionnaire showed a practicality percentage of between 90%-97.7%, categorized as very feasible. The evaluation concluded that the Google Sites application effectively supports more structured documentation and supervision reporting. This innovation contributes significantly to the management of modern and efficient academic supervision and has the potential to be replicated in various educational institutions. To increase the security of data uploaded in this application, it is recommended to strictly regulate access rights using the "restricted" option.
