Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research discusses application design for Garage 3 Car Wash washing services using a method approach User Centered Design (UCD), method User Centered Design itself is a method that focuses on user needs for the application being designed, and in this method there are several stages in designing the application, namely: Understand Context of Use, Specify User Requirements, Design Solutions, And Evaluate Againts Requirements. In stages Understand Context of namely to understand user needs for the designed application, Specify User Requirements namely the stage for determining what features will be in the application based on user needs, Design Solutions is the application planning process, and Evaluate Againts Requirements is the application testing process, and in carrying out testing it will go through 2 testing methods, namely Cognitive Walkthrough And System Usability Scale. In the test results using the Cognitive Walkthrough method, test results by respondents can be carried out with a 100% success rate, however there are some respondents who take a lot of time when carrying out the test. And on System Usability Scale got a score of 64.5 which is included in the category grade scale "D" which indicates the result of application planning needs to be improved.
