Abstract
In this research, researchers examine the implementation of IKD activities in Milangasri Village, Panekan District, Magetan Regency. The IKD program is designed to increase the efficiency of population data, facilitate access to public services, and overcome existing population administration problems. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze how the evaluation was carried out to determine the effect or impact on society.
This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. This approach aims to provide an understanding of social conditions and evaluation of the implementation of the IKD program. Data collection was carried out through direct observation at the Milangasri Village Office to observe various activities, actors, space, time and goals. Interviews were conducted with various related parties, supported by documentation such as activity reports and circulars related to IKD. Data analysis includes collection, reduction, presentation of information, and drawing conclusions based on narrative-based explanations.
The results of research evaluating the IKD program in Milangasri village show that the success of this program depends on community participation, understanding of the program, and support from the local government. However, there are still various obstacles in this implementation, such as the absence of socialization and training, this is related to the lack of public understanding regarding procedures that still require physical documents and the lack of equal distribution of information to the public. Strategies to make this program a success include increasing communication between the government and the community as well as increasing understanding of the importance of IKD.
