Abstract

This study aims to develop a Bioassessment E-Worksheet based on the OIDDE learning model integrated with Islamic values in the environmental changes material for Grade X at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. Bioassessment is an effective method for assessing water quality through the identification of macroinvertebrates as bioindicators. The integration of Islamic values in learning aims to instill spiritually based ecological awareness through the values of Ikhlas (Sincerity), Ihsan (Excellence), Itqan (Precision), Ma’iyyah (Togetherness), Amanah (Trustworthiness), and Nazahah (Integrity) (IIIMAN). This study employs a Research & Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The product validation involved experts in subject matter, media, language, religion, and education practitioners. Practicality testing was conducted with one teacher and 30 students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. The results indicate that the developed Bioassessment E-Worksheet achieved an average validity score of 90.25% (highly valid). The practicality aspect also received high scores, with an average of 93.75% from teachers and 86.2% from students (highly practical). These findings suggest that the Bioassessment E-Worksheet can serve as an effective learning medium to enhance students' understanding of the bioassessment concept while simultaneously instilling Islamic values in biology education.
