Abstract
An individual's ability to balance personal and work life will minimize the emergence of stress due to the problems they are facing. Thus, it has high urgency due to the potential to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. The aim of the research is to see how much influence individual emotional maturity has on Work Life Balance. This research uses a quantitative method by carrying out a simple linear regression test using a nonprobability accidental sampling technique. The subjects involved in this research were 165 employees. The data collection instrument uses the emotional maturity scale and Work Life Balance, after which the data obtained is processed via JAMOVI. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence of emotional maturity on Work Life Balance (Stand.Estimate = 0.550, p = <0.01). This means that the more emotional maturity increases, the more Work Life Balance you have.
