UPAYA PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA ANTI DUMPING PRODUK KERTAS INDONESIA DENGAN KOREA SELATAN

International trade is one part of economic activities or business activities that have recently experienced very rapid development. This study aims to describe the efforts to resolve the Anti-Dumping dispute between Indonesia and South Korea which led to the implementation of Anti-Dumping Import Duty (BMAD) by South Korea against various Indonesian paper companies. This study uses a qualitative research method with data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Indonesia's efforts to resolve this dispute are divided into 4, namely, Negotiation, Fact Finding, Mediation, and Litigation. Through these settlement efforts, Indonesia was able to win the dispute based on the decision of the WTO Panel which stated that South Korea violated the Anti-Dumping rules and had to change their policies to comply with the WTO agreement.
