ANALISIS FITUR SISTEM INFORMASI REKAM DATA MEDIK RUMAH SAKIT (SIRM-RS) MENGGUNAKAN METODE FEATURE ORIENTED DOMAIN ANALYSIS (FODA)

Currently, the development and progress of information technology is very rapid. Application systems in various fields are an absolute requirement for agencies or companies to use information as a basis for data management and processing. Hospital agencies are also under constant pressure to improve medical services, reduce medical errors, provide timely access to information, and monitor service activities and control operational costs simultaneously. This study uses the FODA method because this method is able to provide various ways of applying domain analysis results to support software development and reuse of features from pre-existing systems. Based on expert validation, the functional features produced in this study reached a new level of 96.774%, because most of the features in the medical record system (SIRM) at Dr. Agung Hospital have been integrated with the SATUSEHAT application. The results of this study's recommendations produce five features that are not yet available in SIRM at the Hospital in accordance with the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022, and the recommended features have been confirmed with experts.
