Abstract
This research aims to describe work conflict, work motivation and employee performance. Analyzing the effect of work conflict on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance and work conflict, work motivation on employee performance at Kapal Garden Hotel Malang. The type of research carried out uses a quantitative approach. The research respondents were 37 employees of Kapal Garden Hotel Malang. The sampling technique used in research is the entire population that is the research subject. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method is a scale range and path analysis. The results of the scale range calculation show that work conflict shows sufficient results, work motivation shows very high results, and employee performance shows very high results. . Work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work conflict and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
