Abstract
This research aims to design and evaluate a tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning model as an effort to create a Qur'ani Village in the 3T (Frontier, Remote and Disadvantaged) areas. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, which was carried out in Loang, Kojagete Village, Sikka Regency, NTT. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation, and analyzed using data analysis methods. Research findings revealed that the success of establishing the Qur'ani Village was influenced by the implementation of a tahfidz learning model that adapted to the local context, involved a participatory approach, and received full support from the community. This learning model uses deposit, repetition, listening and local methods with modern innovations, such as the use of simple digital technology. Apart from that, the success of this model is also supported by the active involvement of the community, including the role of religious leaders and local government, in creating an environment that supports the sustainability of the Al-Qur'an memorization program. The results of the research concluded that the tahfidz learning model designed according to the characteristics of the 3T area was able to accelerate the formation of the Qur'ani Village, while providing a positive impact socially, spiritually and culturally.
