Abstract

This study discusses legal protection for buyers in land sale and purchase disputes using private deeds based on Case Study Case Number 71/Pdt.G/2024/PN.KPN. This study aims to analyze the legal force of private deeds, the dispute resolution process, and the protection of buyers' rights in civil law practices in Indonesia. The research method used is empirical juridical with a case study approach. The results of the study show that private deeds have limited legal force, so they are prone to causing disputes. The importance of legalizing deeds and implementing the principle of prudence in land transactions is the main focus.
