Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the influence of recruitment and selection on Islamic Performance. The total population at Muhammadiah Malang University Hospital is 300 people, while the researchers only took 150 employees as research respondents. The research method used was multiple linear regression with a quantitative approach. The research results showed that simultaneous recruitment and selection had an influence significant to Islamic Performance. A well-designed recruitment process not only ensures workforce needs are met, but also helps select prospective employees who have Islamic values in line with the organization's culture. In addition, a structured selection process is able to identify prospective employees with relevant competencies, personalities and Islamic values. The more optimal the implementation of recruitment and selection, including evaluation of the suitability of Islamic values in prospective employees, the better the resulting Islamic performance will be. by elected officials. This shows that recruitment and selection is not only an administrative process, but also a strategic step in building an Islamic, productive and competitive work environment. The conclusion of this research is that organizations need to pay special attention to Islamic values in every stage of recruitment and selection. This approach will support improving the quality of human resources who are not only competent, but also in line with Islamic principles to achieve organizational goals
