ANALISIS NEGARA PANCASILA SEBAGAI DARUL ‘AHDI WA SYAHADAH DALAM KEHIDUPAN KEORGANISASIAN IKATAN MAHASISWA (IMM) MALANG RAYA

This research aims to: (1) analyze the role of the Pancasila State as Darul 'Ahdi wa Shahadah in the context of organizational life of the Greater Malang Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM). Pancasila, as the basis of the Indonesian state, has principles that underline pluralism, tolerance and harmony between religious communities. This research explores how IMM Malang Raya integrates Pancasila values in its activities and vision and mission, as well as its impact on organizational processes and the welfare of its members.
This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, with the aim of describing the internalization process of Darul 'Ahdi wa Syahadah in the form of work programs or cadre training at the Malang Raya Muhammadiyah Student Association as well as regarding the role of IMM Malang Raya in understanding Darul 'Ahdi wa Syahadah in the context organization of the Muhammdiyah Malang Raya Student Association. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data obtained in the process of observation, interviews and documentation.
The results obtained from this research were from some cadres of the Muhammadiyah Student Association in the Greater Malang sector who were in the process of carrying out foreign cadre formation with an understanding of Darul 'Ahdi wa Shahadah for IMM Malang Raya cadres, namely through the implementation provided by the Central, Regional (Provincial) sectors , Branch (City or Regency), to each branch of the commissariats in the Malang Raya branch so that there is harmony in the cadre formation agendas. The agenda for cadre formation is formal and cultural (non-formal) within IMM in the greater Malang area.
