Abstract
The warehouse plays a crucial role in logistics management, serving as a storage facility for goods and supporting the distribution process by maximizing space efficiency and proper organization. CV. Kiran Joyo Astiko, operating in the procurement of goods and services sector, faces challenges in improving the speed of goods delivery and the need to have a warehouse that meets standards. The planned warehouse will be located in Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency, with a storage capacity capable of holding up to 9,000 rolls of fabric and an efficient structural design, using steel as the primary material due to its practicality compared to concrete. Steel is chosen for its high strength, good ductility, and better time efficiency, which makes it well-suited for construction on land with low bearing capacity. The planned warehouse building will have dimensions of 45 meters in length, 22 meters in width, and 12 meters in height, while the planned office building will have dimensions of 10 meters in length, 22 meters in width, and three stories high. The warehouse will use HB 300.300.10.15 columns, and the office will use HB 350.350.12.19 columns. The main beams will be WF 400.200.8.13, and the secondary beams will be WF 300.150.6.5.9 for the office. A bored pile foundation, at a depth of 3 meters with an SPT value of 90, is chosen to address the issue of poorly graded soil that could cause settlement of the building. Additionally, the implementation of infiltration wells will be used to manage rainwater and prevent flooding, with a total of five infiltration wells, each 3 meters deep. The total budget required for this project is Rp 5,050,011,908.86, with a construction duration of 277 days.
