Perenanaan Saluran Drainnase Dan Air Bersih Di Perumahan Golden East Kebomas Kabupaten Gresik

Golden East Kebomas is a relatively new housing complex in Gresik Regency. To create a decent and desirable housing for the community, the existence of drainage and clean water is very important to support the daily activities of the population. The drainage system is useful for channeling dirty water discharge, waste discharge, and rainwater discharge to the disposal site. Golden East Kebomas itself has an area of 111,548 m2 which will later have 1137 housing units and shophouses which are currently still under construction. From the analysis results, the planned population is 5685 people where the average for each house is 5 people based on SNI 1997. To meet the need for clean water, Golden East Kebomas channels water from PDAM where previously there was a water network installed in Kebomas sub-district. According to local residents, the pressure of water produced by PDAM in Kebomas sub-district cannot meet the needs of a 2-story house, so in this planning a reservoir is needed to support the water pressure in Golden East Kebomas. Meanwhile, for drainage needs in Golden East Kebomas, it is planned to use a closed circular channel which is more effective in land use. This channel will later be channeled through an irrigation canal in front of the housing.
