Abstract
The purposes of the study is to find out how the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance. This type of research in descriptive quantitative, The population in this study consisted of 60 employee, The sampling technique used was the saturated or the census, using primary and secondary data, The data analysis technique uses a scale range and multiple linier regression with SPSS Statistics which include validity and reability test, classical asumpsiont test which include normality test, mullticoniery test, heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis testing using t-test, The results of this study indicate that : (1) the work environment has a positive and significance effect on employee performance, (2) the job satisfaction has positive and significance effect on employee performance, (3) the work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously has a positive and significance effect on employee performance.
