Abstract
In the increasingly complex business world, proactive work behavior is a key
factor for achieving success. However, PT A has shown unsatisfactory results in
implementing proactive behavior across various operational aspects. This study aims to
examine the influence of the psychosocial safety climate (PSC) on proactive work behavior (PWB) among employees of PT A. The study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 employees of PT A in Jakarta, selected through non-probability sampling, specifically Total Sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form and analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that PSC has a significant impact on PWB. These findings indicate the importance of creating a positive psychosocial safety climate to enhance employees' proactive work
behavior.
