Abstract

The planning of the cobweb construction foundation (KSLL) takes the case of the Kolpajung Market Development project of Pamekasan Regency with a building area of 14,194.25 m2 and a height of 2 floors. In the initial planning of the foundation of this project using deep foundation in the form of piles with a depth of 19m. Based on the soil condition at the planning location, with the N-SPT value obtained from the project data, the soil layer is included in the soft soil classification (SE). The purpose of the planning is to determine the loads of the upper structure of the building, plan the dimensions and reinforcement of the KSLL foundation, and determine the foundation settlement. From the analysis, the total axial load of 61151.58 kN is obtained. For the dimensions of the KSLL foundation has a rib settlement width of 0.3 m as high as 2 m and the construction rib has a width of 0.3 m as high as 1.3 m with a plate thickness above the rib of 0.12 m. The reinforcement planning used in the KSLL foundation is divided into 3 parts including, reinforcement on the plate using Ø10-175 main reinforcement and Ø8-200 shrinkage reinforcement. While in the rib settlement and rib construction of the pedestal and field areas using 8D22 main reinforcement and Ø10-250 stirrup reinforcement. The decrease that occurs in the KSLL foundation has a total decrease of 13.8 cm.
