Abstract

This study aims to analyze the product re-matching process carried out by PT. XYZ in solving the problem of incompatibility between actual data and the system that focuses on evaluating the involvement of SAP EWM and Microsoft Excel technology in the re-matching process using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and TTF (Task-Technology Fit) evaluation models. The data analysis method uses triangulation that combines observation and interview data. The results of the analysis show that collaboration between the technology or system used has been proven to be able to increase effectiveness in the product re-matching process. However, improvisation related to the use of technology needs to be improved in order to reduce manual activities. In addition, consistency in maintaining the completeness of product information so that the product re-matching process runs smoothly and increases warehouse operational efficiency.
