Abstract
INBISTEK UMM website is a platform developed to support students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang in publicizing their work and business. However, the current system is considered less than optimal in facilitating student needs, especially in marketing their work and integrating information systems. To overcome this problem, this research aims to design a more interactive and responsive INBISTEK UMM website prototype using the Design Sprint method. The Design Sprint method is applied through five stages: Understand, Diverge, Decide, Prototype, and Validate. In the Understand stage, interviews were conducted with various parties, including students and the Head of the UMM Student and Alumni Career Center, to understand the needs and constraints faced. The Diverge stage involves brainstorming creative ideas, while the Decide stage is used to select the best solution based on user priorities. The resulting website prototype was then tested at the Validate stage to ensure that the developed solution meets user needs. The results showed that the Design Sprint method was able to produce a prototype that was more user-friendly and in accordance with the needs of students. Some of the proposed new features, such as interactive dashboard and notification system, are expected to improve accessibility and user experience in utilizing INBISTEK UMM services. This research concludes that the development of a more integrated and interactive system is important to support the marketing of students' work and their future career development.
