Abstract
This study aims to identify the challenges and solutions faced by students in implementing learning services during the PLP II program. For this purpose, nine students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of the Muhammadiyah University of Malang participated in this study. The method used was qualitative research with instruments like questionnaires and interviews. This research design uses thematic analysis based on the stages in PLP II, which include pre-program, program implementation, and post-program stages. This study found two challenges and solutions at the pre-program, three challenges and solutions at the program implementation, and four challenges and solutions at the post-program. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the effective integration of learning services in PLP II and offers an in-depth understanding of relevant challenges and solutions at each stage of the program to support successful implementation in the future.
