Abstract
This study aims to analyse the implementation process of differentiated teaching modules in physics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Nunukan. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach of case study type, involving three Physics teachers as subjects. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results showed that the preparation of differentiated teaching modules was carried out collaboratively by considering the diagnostic assessment of students. The implementation of differentiated modules in the classroom improves students' engagement and their learning outcomes. Supporting factors include adequate infrastructure, teacher competence and a conducive learning environment. However, there are constraints such as time constraints, teachers‘ additional duties, and the diversity of students’ ability levels. This research makes an important contribution to the development of teaching modules that suit students' needs.
