Abstract
This study aims to describe the application of transformational leadership and Digital Literacy of the Principal, describe the digital literacy of educators and describe the learning outcomes of indonesian Language Junior High School Students. Indonesian language learning outcomes of junior high school students. Background of this study is based on the challenge of low digital literacy of principals and educator which has implication for the lack of innovation in the learning process, so that it has an impact on student learning outcomes.The research method used is qualitative with a Qualitative Descriptive approach.. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers and students. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the Miles and Huberman model which involved the stage of data collection techniques (observation, interviews, and documentation), Reducing data to select appropriate data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study Show that (1) the implementation of transformational leadership is able tocontribute highly in improving the digital literacy of educators through training and integration of technology in the learning process.(2) The implementation of transformasional leadership and digital literacy of educators. (3)The Implementation of transformational leadership and digital literacy by school principals shows a significant improving the digital literacyhas a direct impact on digital literacy of school principals has a direct impact on improving educators' digital literacy of educators.(3) The implementation of transformational leadership and digital literacy by digital literacy by school principals shows a significant improvement in the Indonesian learning outcomes of Junior High school student.. The conclusion of this study confirms that visionary and participatory leadership plays an important role in creating a digital –based learning environment.
