Abstract
The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the impact of environmental, social, and governance disclosures on firm value. The sample consists of 16 firms from the LQ45 Index on the IDX. (2019–2023). Using secondary data obtained from sustainability reports and annual reports, with a quantitative research type. The analysis was conducted using Stata 16 software with a panel data regression model, where the fixed effect model was selected as the best model based on the Hausman test results. The research results indicate that environmental disclosure has a significant and positive impact on firm value, with a coefficient of 0.349 and a significance level of 0.002. The coefficient of -0.181 and a significance level of 0.323 indicate that social disclosure has an insignificant effect. The value of the firm is significantly and negatively influenced by governance disclosure, as indicated by the coefficient of -1.433 and a significance level of 0.000.
