The study aims to analyze the implementation of P5 Rahmatan Lil Alamin-based learning (P5 Rahmatan Lil Alamin) in forming attitudes, values, and norms of students in Elementary Madrasah. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model through interactive analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of P5 Rahmatan Lil Alamin-based learning at MI Muhammadiyah 2 Probolinggo City has been running effectively through the application of these factors. The learning process in the classroom includes three main stages, namely opening, core, and closing, which are designed to support the formation of students' attitudes, values, and norms. Students' attitudes, values, and norms are formed through steps that are in accordance with the values of P5 Rahmatan Lil Alamin, such as ta'adub (politeness), qudwah (exemplary), i'tidal (justice), musawah (equality), and tasamuh (tolerance). The conclusion of this study confirms that P5 Rahmatan Lil Alamin-based learning can be an effective approach in forming students' attitudes, values, and norms in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This approach is able to integrate spiritual, moral, and social aspects in the educational process, thus encouraging the creation of an inclusive and valuable learning environment.
