Abstract

In this Gen Z era, as time goes by, people use various social media, one of which is currently popular, namely Instagram, and then become an influencer as an Instagram celebrity or what is often referred to as a Instagram celebrity. These celebgrams don't look at their age, from underage children to adults and the elderly, all of them who are celebgrams have jobs in marketing various kinds of products, services and food through social media so they can make a profit. Indirectly, the minor child has done work so this cannot be separated from interference by parents who have given permission and access for the child to do work as a celebrity. The purpose of this writing is to determine the Parameters of Economic Exploitation Acts that can fulfill the formulation of a Criminal Act for the Practice of Sharenting by Parents which results in making their Children as Objects of Endorsement. The research method used in this research is Juridical-Normative. The research results show that; 1) By using a case approach and a statutory approach, fulfilling the elements of the criminal act of economic exploitation in this matter refers to article 76I of the Child Protection Law. 2) Special protection for children in this case states that children who are economically and/or sexually exploited need to be restored to their original condition and must be provided with services in the form of; a. medical rehabilitation, b. social rehabilitation, c. legal and social assistance, d. repatriation and social reintegration as stated in article 20 of Government Regulation Number 78 of 2021 concerning Special Protection for Children. Author's Suggestions: 1) Law Enforcers should use various methods of systematic interpretation of legal regulations with interrelated legal regulations and then correlate them with each other and this incident can be made into a legal event for committing a criminal act as an act of economic exploitation. 2) The Central Government, Regional Government and other State Institutions should disseminate or disseminate legal information regarding all Legislation relating to Children, especially Acts of Economic Exploitation carried out by Parents who use their children as Objects of Endorsement.
