Abstract
Teachers are a profession that has an important role in life. Therefore, teachers are expected to have good welfare, especially psychological well-being, psychological well-being itself can be influenced by many things. Paternalistic leadership patterns are predicted to affect psychological well-being or Pscyhological Well-Being in a teacher. This study aims to determine the relationship between Paternalistic leadership patterns and Psychological Well-Being in Teachers. This study used 115 teachers as subjects and used the Paternalistic Leadership and Psychological Well-Being (PWB) measuring instruments. Data collection in this study used non-experimental correlational quantitative techniques with the results of this study showing no relationship between the dimensions of Paternalistic Leadership and the dimensions of Psychological Well-Being, and other results showed that there was a relationship between the authority dimension of Paternalistic Leadership and environmental mastery of Psychological Well-Being.
