Abstract

Employees are included in human resources that are the most important part of achieving a company's success so that employees are expected to provide a greater role for the company. In reality, almost half of the employees have not shown Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). High psychological capital will encourage employees to carry out roles that exceed them or what can be called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Psychological capital has one of the main aspects, namely self-efficiency, which can form and increase high motivation in employees so that employees will be able to achieve Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study uses quantitative research with a correlational research design. This study involved 187 employees of companies in East Java. The random sampling technique was used for sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence with a large influence of 34.7% between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
