Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the use of non-cognitive diagnostic assessments in differentiated learning in elementary schools, and to describe the impact of the use of non-cognitive diagnostic assessments in differentiated learning in elementary schools. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that (1) Determining the timing of the Non-Cognitive Diagnostic Assessment at SD Muhammadiyah 14 Surabaya has been carried out at the beginning of each semester; (2) Utilization of Non-Cognitive Diagnostic Assessment Results at SD Muhammadiyah 14 Surabaya which are used by educators as a reference for planning different lessons; (3) The impact of using non-cognitive diagnostic assessment at SD Muhammadiyah 14 Surabaya is planning learning on target so that learning is conducive, teachers can identify students' difficulties in learning, and good relationships are established between teachers and students.
