Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of attitudes on future profits, subjective norms, and behavioral control on the investment intentions and behavior of employees of PT. Wika Gedung with the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) application. The type of research used is explanatory research involving 100 respondents of PT. Wika Gedung employees in Surabaya. Data collection using survey techniques with the help of questionnaires. The data analysis method used is (path analysis). The results of the study indicate that attitudes about future profits do not have a positive and insignificant effect on investment intentions, subjective norms about future profits do not have a positive and insignificant effect on investment intentions, perceptions of behavioral control about future profits have a positive and significant effect on investment intentions, and investment intentions do not have a positive and insignificant effect on investment behavior.
