Abstract
In the Independent Curriculum Teaching Module, trigger questions are aimed at fostering students' curiosity so that they can provoke competence so they can think critically. Teachers must have the skills to ask students questions in order to create interactive learning that exists between students and teachers because they start interesting learning with good questions. This research aims to describe the form, type and cognitive level of teacher questions in learning interactions. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected by direct observation of learning with recording and field notes. Researchers analyzed five teachers in the subjects of Citizenship Education, Indonesian History, Sociology, Economics and Biology. The forms of teacher questions are classified into five, namely: questions formed using the question words what, who, why, how, and the word ending (-kah).
